Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to most countries.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs 4,95$. Shipping to all African countries is free.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing and production times typically take 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method from three days up til three weeks. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing an order. Please contact us immediately if needed.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All products are made specifically for each order, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing at the moment.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will respond promptly.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please check the size chart carefully before ordering, as exchanges for sizing errors cannot be offered at the moment.
